Salary: £18,000-21,000 pro-rata Benefits: 30 days’ Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Company Pension (all benefits to be pro-rata) ISP is a well-established, innovative, independent fostering provider. ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement. We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Administrator, to work 14 hours per week, to undertake the role of Foster Carer Review Administrator within a well-established Fostering Team. The applicant will be required to have excellent administrative and organisational skills, the ability to take minutes efficiently and accurately, together with the ability to work to tight deadlines. This role will involve maintaining databases and electronic filing systems, and managing highly confidential fostering paperwork. The successful candidate will need to have GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, strong IT skills (which will be tested at interview), and ECDL (or equivalent) is desirable. Previous administration, minute taking, computer and database experience is essential. A willingness to travel occasionally to other centres, within Kent, may also occasionally be required so a driver with access to their own vehicle preferred. Salary: £25,000-32,500 pro-rata + benefits ISP is an Independent Fostering Organisation, operating across the South East. ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement. We are looking for a qualified TEACHER to be based at our Worcestershire centre. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to foster carers, schools, teachers and any other professional working with ISP children regarding their education. Applicants will be expected to be able to teach across all Key Stages and must have experience of working with children with complex needs. ISP Whitstable is currently seeking a qualified Social Worker who is enthusiastic, committed and who has an appreciation of foster carers’ skills and their role. We ask our Social Workers to take a collaborative approach with Foster Carers in order to promote meaningful and relevant supervision of the placement. Experience of working with foster carers as professional colleagues and working within a multi-discipline arena is essential. This is a demanding position which includes both a quality assurance role to maintain high standards and a training role to prospective and current carers. ISP are currently looking for a Panel member who is a qualified Social Worker and registered with HCPC, for our Doncaster panel. Panels occur every 3 to 6 weeks on a Wednesday.
