ISP Sussex has been judged overall by Ofsted as a ‘Good’ Independent Fostering Agency with an ‘Outstanding’ rating in regards to the specific area of Outcomes for Children.

ISP Sussex takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

ISP is currently seeking a Registered Manager to develop the registered Offices in Sussex. You should be qualified social worker, who has at least 3 years’ experience of working with looked after children and foster carers. You are required to have a Management qualification and/or Management experience. You should also have a good understanding of the appropriate and relevant legislation and regulations.

You will need strong Team Leadership Skills to create a ‘can do’ environment of high achievement with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions. Have the ability to make timely and effective decisions and lead by example, understanding when to consult with or defer to others. Be able to build and facilitate relationships, both internally and external to the organisation. You will be prepared to work flexible hours as required to carry out the role of Registered Manager successfully.

ISP Whitstable is currently seeking a qualified Social Worker who is enthusiastic, committed and who has an appreciation of foster carers’ skills and role. We ask our Social Workers to take a collaborative approach with Foster Carers in order to promote meaningful and relevant supervision of the placement. Experience of working with foster carers as professional colleagues and working in a multi-discipline arena is essential.

This is a demanding position which includes both a quality assurance role to maintain high standards and a training role to prospective and current carers. You will be an excellent report writer and able to work to strict deadlines.

ISP is an Independent Fostering Organization, operating across the South East.  ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

We are looking for a qualified TEACHER to be based at our Rainham Centre in Kent.  The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to foster carers, schools, teachers and teaching assistants working with ISP students and at times may be required to teach individual young people on a 1:1 basis

Applicants will be expected to work across all Key Stages and must have experience of working with students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties.  Experience of working with Looked after Children would be an advantage

ISP are currently looking for a Panel member who is a qualified Social Worker and registered with HCPC, for our Doncaster panel. Panels occur every 3 to 6 weeks on a Wednesday. Attendance is paid at a rate of £200 a panel and includes reading, expenses incurred are paid separately.
