ISP is a well-established innovative, independent fostering provider. ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

ISP Rainham is currently seeking a qualified Social Worker who is enthusiastic, committed and who has an appreciation of foster carers’ skills and role. We ask our Social Workers to take a collaborative approach with Foster Carers in order to promote meaningful and relevant supervision of the placement. Experience of working with foster carers as professional colleagues and working in a multi-discipline arena is essential.

This is a demanding position which includes both a quality assurance role to maintain high standards and a training role to prospective and current carers. You will be an excellent report writer and able to work to strict deadlines.

Our Foster Carers are essential to the work we do at ISP to ensure the children and young people we look after thrive in happy loving homes.

Like our children, Foster Carers need support, encouragement and practical advice and sometimes just someone to listen.

The Fostering Advisors in our teams are key to all of the support required by our Carers and this critical role will be accountable for regularly visiting carers, offering advice and information regarding all of the services and support available to them at ISP Including matching considerations, respite, training, supervised contact, and transportation. The Fostering Advisors also support our children and young people with their leisure activities and other needs they may have.

The successful candidate will understand applicable regulations and standards e.g. Children’s Act & Fostering Service National Minimum Standards, have a good understanding and experience of fostering, be a great team player and relish working with children, young people, and Foster Carers.

This role really does make a difference.

ISP is an Independent Fostering Organisation operating across the South East. ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

We are looking for a qualified Teacher to be based at our Battle centre in West Sussex. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to foster carers, schools, teachers and teaching assistants working with ISP students, and at times may be required to teach individual young people on a 1:1 basis.

Applicants will be expected to work across all Key Stages and must have experience of working with students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Experience of working with Looked after Children would be an advantage.

ISP is a well-established innovative, independent fostering provider and has been judged by Ofsted to be an outstanding foster care agency. ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement. ISP are currently looking for a Panel member who is a qualified Social Worker and registered with HCPC, for our Doncaster panel. Panels occur every 3 to 6 weeks on a Wednesday. Attendance is paid at a rate of £200 a panel and includes reading, expenses incurred are paid separately.
