Salary: £15,000 – £25,000 + benefits ISP is an Independent Fostering Organisation, operating across the South East.  ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement. We are looking for an Education Advisor to be based at our Teynham centre. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to foster carers, schools, teachers and any other professional working with ISP children regarding their education. Applicants will be expected to be able to teach across all Key Stages and must have experience of working with children with complex needs. Knowledge or experience of working with Looked after Children would be a distinct advantage. Whilst a qualified Teacher would be desirable, applicants with sufficient experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar will also be considered. We are currently looking to recruit a Full-Time Administrator to work 35 hours per week, to provide an administrative support service to the Burgess Hill multi-disciplinary team. The role will involve maintaining databases and electronic filing systems, managing fostering paperwork and forms as well as general administration duties. You will be expected to be set up meetings and take minutes, and provide a front of house service, so an outgoing and friendly personality as well as being well presented is essential. The successful candidate must have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) and Grade C or above, strong IT skills (which will be tested at interview), and ECDL (or equivalent) is desirable. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Therapy Co-ordinator to work 4 days per week to provide efficient and comprehensive co-ordination of Therapy across our Kent centres, based from our Teynham office. The successful applicant will be a qualified Psychotherapist or Counsellor with experience of the utilisation of a wide range of therapeutic approaches and experience of working with Looked After children. They will be expected to carry out the core activities of therapy with our children and young people to include one-to-one therapy, assessments, foster carer consultations and network meetings, in addition to sourcing, utilising and maintaining links with relevant practitioners and external agencies of different modalities, within agreed budgets. This role also includes regularly meeting and liaising with other members of our multi-disciplinary team, completing all reports and administration relating to the role to a high standard in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to work flexibly when required to meet the needs of the role. ISP are currently looking for a Panel member who is a qualified Social Worker and registered with HCPC, for our Doncaster panel. Panels occur every 3 to 6 weeks on a Wednesday.
