ISP is an Independent Fostering Organization, operating across the South East.  ISP takes a therapeutic approach to working with children and is committed to promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in placement.

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Senior Administrator to work core hours over Monday to Friday, to provide an administrative support service to the Rainham Centre multi-disciplinary team and act as a PA to the Registered Manager. The role will involve, maintaining databases, managing fostering paperwork and forms as well as general administration duties. The successful candidate will set up and complete minutes of meetings, meet and greeting, so good front of house skills are essential. The successful candidate will ensure that the administration work is carried out efficiently and effectively by managing, co-ordinating and delegating tasks as well as working alongside the administrators making sure that deadlines are met. The successful candidate must have GSCE Maths and English (or equivalent), a good IT knowledge (which will be tested at interview), ECDL (or equivalent) is desirable. Previous administration is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, cost of which will be met by ISP.

ISP are currently looking for a Panel member who is a qualified Social Worker and registered with HCPC, for our Doncaster panel. Panels occur every 3 to 6 weeks on a Wednesday. Attendance is paid at a rate of £200 a panel and includes reading, expenses incurred are paid separately.
